We ship our thermos cups and ceramic cups to locations within France only.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. We will send you an email notification if there is any delay in processing your order.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days following order processing.
- Delivery times may be extended for remote areas or due to unforeseen postal delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order (thermos cups and ceramic cups).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to check the real-time delivery status of your package online.
6. Missing or Damaged Orders
- Report missing orders to us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
- For damaged items, contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and provide clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging.
- After verifying your claim, we will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
